Telpon ke 817 atau 818 bicara dengan CCO nya (pilihan angka 0)
OTA (Over The Air) dapat melakukan aktivasi layanan GPRS/MMS melalui setting OTA sebagai berikut:
Ketik SMS dengan isi : GPRS[spasi][tipe ponsel] Kirim ke 9667
Ketik SMS dengan isi : MMS[spasi][tipe ponsel] Kirim ke 9667
Contoh : GPRS NOKIA 9500 atau GPRS SE K800i
Pengguna akan menerima balasan SMS berisi setting parameter.
Proses di atas juga akan mengaktifkan GPRS/MMS secara otomatis.
Jenis ponsel adalah Nokia, Sony Ericsson, Siemens, Motorola, Samsung dan LG.
